12. Write a love letter to yourself and open it when you have a bad day.
Even when we have learned to love every part of ourselves inside and out, there will still be days when we struggle with self-love and acceptance. Today I want you to write a love letter and address it to yourself. Take the time to craft this letter with care. Write the way you would if you were writing this to the love of your life (because in a way, you are!) Take the time to point out both the big and little things that are great about you. Discuss characteristics both inside and out that you adore about yourself. Now seal your letter and save it for the day that you are struggling with self-love. On that day, open and read your letter and be reminded of how truly amazing you are.
