I unpacked my luggage this week just in time to pack things up again and head back to Washington D.C. I’m glad that I spent my birthday in D.C., while Obama was still our wonderful president and I feel lucky that I am able to go back for the Women’s March, although I of course wish there was so need for a march in the first place. Over the next few days I will be staying in D.C., marching, protesting, celebrating myself and the individualities of others, learning, teaching, and coming up with an actionable game plan to get through the next four years safely.
All my links this week are political and if you are the type of person who says things like, “I don’t really like to talk politics”, then it’s time to grow up and start being responsible for your own future. This involves all of us and it is going to take all of us to fix it.
