Fall has arrived in the Magic Kingdom! I love being at Walt Disney World this time of year because everything is gorgeous. If you have never been to Disney in the fall, I highly recommend you plan a visit. Smaller crowds, cooler temperatures, and themed decor make it one of the best times of year to visit. I’m looking forward to a lot of theme park fun over the fall season but these events are at the top of my list.
EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival
From September 25 to November 16, EPCOT will host their 20th annual Food and Wine Festival. The festival includes delicious food and drinks from France, Italy, Morocco, New Zealand, Greece, China, and many more countries. Recently, the festival has added some great local additions as well, including a variety of craft beers made right in Orlando.
Eat to the Beat concert series
After stuffing yourself with food and wine (but walking a lot so the calories don’t count), you can head over to catch some live music. I personally can’t wait to see Boyz II Men, Chaka Khan, Everclear, and Wilson Phillips.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
One of the best things about this Halloween party is that you can dress up! Normally you can’t head to Magic Kingdom in full costume but on these select nights, you can let out your inner hero or villain and show up to Mickey’s party as whoever you want. Be sure to also catch the “Boo-To-You” parade, Hallowishes, and best of all, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.
