I’m not known for relaxing when I travel. Usually John and I spend our time traveling going from one place to the next, taking in as much as we can in a short amount of time. What I love about Roatán is that going non-stop isn’t an option. It’s an island that forces you to slow down and absolutely enjoy the moment.
One of my favorite things on Roatán are the gorgeous walking trails. John and I enjoyed leisurely exploring and seeing all of the different plants and wildlife.
If you get tired of reading on the beach (I didn’t) there are a plethora of water activities to participate in.
Every direction I looked in I saw clear blue waters, lush green landscapes, and a million reasons to relax.
