Be Grateful.
Anyone who practices being grateful for everything they have, knows how rewarding it can be. This week, try being grateful for all the things you like about your body. For example, I love my strong legs, my arch in my foot, and the fact that my body allows me to experience so many wonderful things. Every day this week, try to think about something you love about your body. Focusing on that gratitude every day will help you to remember to be thankful for every part of yourself.
