This morning at 5am John nudged me gently and told me it was time to wake up. I spent the next 15 minutes pretending that I didn’t hear him starting to get ready. I had no interest in getting up for our early morning workout but at 5:15 I reminded myself how tired I would still be at 9am if I skipped my workout. Twenty minutes into my workout I reached the Beyonce portion of my playlist and I felt like a million (sweaty) dollars. It’s amazing what our bodies can do when we can just get our minds to cooperate! My morning workout left me feeling very grateful for how strong my body is and incredibly thankful for another beautiful day.

♥ Cousins that make me laugh.
♥ The chance to help others reach their goals.
♥ Creative friends.
♥ Peppermint tea.
♥ The new season of Daredevil.
♥ Discovering a new Spotify playlist that gets me through a tough workout.
♥ A stack of good books to dive into this weekend.
