Write a love letter to yourself.
There is something really great about a heart felt letter. Focus on all the love that you have for yourself and pour it into a love letter that is all about you. Point out all the things you love about yourself and how appreciative you are that you are you. Remember that you are the only you in over 6 billion people on Earth. When you are finished writing the letter, seal it, and put it away for a day when you need it. Weeks, months, or years from now when you are having a bad day, pull out the letter, open it and read it. It will give you the courage to practice self love, even on a rough day.
