During moments when you are feeling down, it can be easy to forget all the things you actually love about yourself. That’s why I want you to be in the best mood that you can possibly be in when completing today’s challenge.
8. Make a list of things you love about yourself.
When you are feeling pretty good about yourself, sit down with some pen and paper and list out all the things you love about yourself. It can be anything from your sense of humor, your taste in books, your awesome eyebrows, or your bright smile. Just list as many things as you can. Now put the list somewhere you can see it every day. You can put it on the inside cover of your planner, use it as a bookmark if you are an avid reader, or tape it to your bathroom mirror. I will personally be taping mine to my mirror so I can read it again every morning when I get ready to conquer another day!
