It’s the first Monday of a brand new month and I’m feeling ready to tackle some new goals. Most of my goals this month will be focused on creativity and the ones that are not, will be focused on helping me keep my mind and body healthy so that I have more room to be creative.
So often we push creativity to the side, making excuses as to why we can’t be more creative. More often than not, the reason we are choosing not to be creative is because we are worried about failing or falling short of our expectations.
The reality is, creativity should be practiced often and with an open mind. Sometimes, our ideas may pan out exactly as we saw them in our heads. Other times, things may not work out so perfectly. Either way, when we open ourselves up to creativity, we are opening ourselves up to growth, self expression, and the possibility of a happier and healthier mind.
Putting any sort of goals on paper makes it easier to actually achieve them and creative goals are no different. Take some time today to write out a few goals to add more creativity to your month, starting today. At the end of the month, you will be well on your way to being fearlessly creative!
⚡ Paint at least four times this month.
⚡ Complete three fine art images.
